Biography
Dennis Simmons is President and CEO of SWACHA – The Electronic Payments Resource®, the third largest regional payments association in the country.
A frequent speaker and recognized expert on payments system issues, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), the Chair of NACHA's Government Relations Committee, the immediate Past Chair of NACHA's Electronic Check Council and immediate past Co-Chair of NACHA's Risk Management Advisory Group and continues to serve as a member. Dennis is a member of the Advisory Council and faculty of the Bank Operations Institute at Southern Methodist University, the faculty of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, the Executive Education Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Dallas and a former member of the Board of Regents and faculty of the Payments Institute. He was recognized by Transaction World as one of its 2007 “Movers and Shakers” in the payments business and is the recipient of two public service awards from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
In addition to his service at SWACHA, Dennis has over 20 years experience as the senior operations officer of several Dallas area banks. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Biography
Tim Quisenberry has over twenty years experience in electronic payments. He is currently serving on the Steering Committee for the NACHA Internet Council and represents SWACHA on the Electronic Check Council and the NACHA Council for Electronic Billing and Payment.
Mr. Quisenberry also participates with other NACHA Product Groups, Committees and Work Groups. His experience includes working as a managing partner of a Richardson, Texas-based payments consulting firm and as a Senior Vice President for an ACH software development firm. He is also the co-author of Corporate Guide to ACH Essentials published by Shesunoff Information Services. Mr. Quisenberry serves on the Business Advisory Council for the Garland Independent School District. Tim is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Biography
Beverly joined SWACHA in 1998 and has held every training position in the Education Department. Prior to her promotion in 2005 to Director of Education Services, she was responsible for developing and presenting educational seminars to SWACHA's members via face-to-face seminars as well as via telephone seminars. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing all of SWACHA's educational efforts.
Beverly has presented at several national conferences as well as numerous regional industry conferences and she takes an active role in helping members on SWACHA's Payments Answerline™. Beverly has over 20 years of ACH experience which includes over 13 years "hands on" ACH experience in the Credit Union community. She received her AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designation in 1995 and became re-accredited in 1999, by successfully re-passing the exam. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Management from Texas Lutheran University.

Biography
Pam Cerny is responsible for designing and facilitating Professional Development Seminars and is a contributing speaker for SWACHA's teleseminars. She conducts customized Professional Development Seminars and takes an active role in answering the Payments Answerline™ and helping with members' questions. Pam earned her AAP in 2002, a mere eight months after joining the SWACHA team.
Before joining the SWACHA Team, Pam worked in the mortgage banking and real estate industries. Pam received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in human resource management and general management from the University of New Mexico and her Masters of Business Administration degree in General Business from Texas Tech University.

Susan Tiller, AAP – Training Specialist

Biography
Susan Tiller is primarily responsible for facilitating Professional Development Seminars and is a contributing speaker for SWACHA's teleseminars. She takes an active role in answering the Payments Answerline™ and helping with members' questions. She earned her AAP designation in 2005.
Susan worked for SWACHA's Marketing and Member Services Department as a member services specialist for three years prior to her current position as training specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
