The new NACHA rule changes coming into effect March 19, 2010 represent changes in the annual audit, consumer authorizations and stop payments. Are you aware of these changes and how they will impact your financial institution? Failure to be in compliance with these and all NACHA rules can cause your financial institution to be out of compliance and potentially result in financial loss.
