How to Earn SWACHA ACH Certification

Participants are required to complete a broad curriculum covering specific topics. Participants have a two year time frame in which to complete all courses. Upon completion of the required curriculum, candidates must attend a comprehensive review course and earn a passing grade on the SWACHA ACH Certification exam.

Maintaining Your SWACHA ACH Certification

Successful candidates must maintain their SWACHA ACH Certification by annual attendance at a SWACHA ACH Rules compliance seminar, annual Rules Update teleseminar (by invitation) or by attending a Boot Camp. The SWACHA ACH Certified financial institution employee is responsible for paying for this course as well as advising SWACHA that the course has been completed. The fee for this course is NOT included in the price of their certification program.

After earning the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation, the continuing education requirements for the SWACHA certification are met as AAP continuing education is completed.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the SWACHA ACH Certification program does not constitute registration for required individual seminars. Please register separately for each course you will be attending. The program cost covers the above courses & videos. Registration fees for any additional courses, videos or teleseminars are not included.
