Consumer Payments Survey

Every 3 years, SWACHA conducts an online survey of Texans statewide. The surveys are designed to provide SWACHA and its members with a deeper understanding of consumer behaviors and their attitudes concerning electronic payments.

So far the survey has been administered in 2009, 2011, and 2013. Respondents must be in charge of paying the bills in his/her household, be at least 21 years old, and not employed in marketing research or advertising.
