Tim Quisenberry, AAP - President, SWACHA Services Corporation

Biography:


Tim Quisenberry, president of SWACHA Services Corporation, has over 28 years’ experience in the electronic payments industry. Prior to being appointed president of SSC, Tim was Senior Vice President of SWACHA, responsible for Marketing, Risk Management and Member Services
Tim is currently serving his second term on the NACHA Risk Management Advisory Group (RMAG) and has served on several NACHA Product/Advisory Groups, Committees and Work Groups. His experience includes working as a managing partner of a Richardson, Texas-based payments consulting firm and as a Senior Vice President for an ACH software development firm. He is also the co-author of Corporate Guide to ACH Essentials published by Shesunoff Information Services. Tim is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

SSC provides high quality electronic payments solutions and professional services for financial and business clients.

Beverly Dobesh, AAP - Sr. Vice President of Compliance - SWACHA Services Corporation


Biography:

Beverly joined SWACHA in 1998 and has held every training position in the Education Services Department.  In these positions she was responsible for developing and presenting educational seminars to SWACHA’s members via face-to-face seminars as well as via telephone seminars.  In 2005 she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Education Services and was responsible for overseeing all of SWACHA’s educational efforts. 

 

In 2012 she accepted the position of Senior Vice President, Compliance and is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and conducting ACH Audits and Risk Assessments for financial institutions and companies.

 

Beverly has presented at several national industry conferences as well as numerous regional conferences and she takes an active role in helping members on SWACHA’s Payments Answerline™.  Beverly has more than 30 years of ACH experience which includes over 13 years “hands on” ACH experience in the Credit Union community.  She has been on several of NACHA’s Rules Workgroups and is a past member of NACHA’s AAP Blue Ribbon Panel and NACHA’s Electronic Check Council.

 

She received her AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designation in 1995 and became re-accredited in 1999 by successfully re-passing the exam.  Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Management from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.

Tracy L. Marshall, AAP - Senior Vice President of Payments Education
Products and Member Services


Biography:

Tracy has more than 26 years of experience in the banking industry and brings expertise in payments and treasury management services and systems to SWACHA. Tracy helps drive SWACHA’s strategic organizational objectives by leading the development and delivery of important payments-related education products and services for members as well as handling member services and support.

 

A graduate of Lamson College in Tempe, AZ and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) since 2010, Marshall has been responsible for development and implementation of payments and treasury management departments, products and services, as well as associated education and training programs. During her banking career, she also managed conversions and provided service and support for sales regions and thousands of individual commercial and small business customers.

Michael Jeffcoat, AAP, NCP - Training Specialist

Biography:

Michael joined SWACHA in 2012 and transitioned to the Training Specialist position in 2013. One of his primary responsibilities is to assist with the development and delivery of SWACHA’s professional development seminars, teleseminars, and webinars. In addition, he is approved by the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO) to teach ECCHO’s training program for the National Check Professional designation. He is both an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and a National Check Professional (NCP).

In 2014, Michael developed SWACHA’s popular Originator Handbooks publications designed to speak to Originators in everyday language about the process of originating compliant ACH Entries.

 

Michael is a member of the SWACHA Rules Committee and the Regional Payments Association’s Risk and Compliance Committee.  He is also an active staff member for SWACHA’s exclusive Payments AnswerLine™ where he assists members in resolving electronic payments-related questions.
